Our Day Kimball Medical Group general surgeons provide expert emergency and non-emergent surgical care, including the latest, most advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques. We specialize in removal of the gallbladder or appendix, colectomy, colon re-anastomosis, small bowel obstruction repair and hemorrhoidectomy. Our surgeons are available 24/7 for emergency surgeries. Non-emergent procedures require a referral and may be scheduled through your PCP or general surgeon’s office.

Billing for physician consultations will be submitted to your insurance directly by Connecticut GI.
Billing for endoscopic and surgical procedures will be submitted to your insurance carrier by more than one party; the physician’s practice for surgical services, Day Kimball Hospital for facility services and North American Partners for Anesthesia (NAPA) for anesthesiology services, when applicable.
