That's why we're committed to enhancing your health and quality of life at all stages, through a variety of events, classes and programs focused on helping you to stay well. By partnering with local groups in our community, we can also provide services and programs that help make the Quiet Corner of Connecticut a healthier place for all of us.

 

Classes

Our health and wellness classes can help you develop and maintain healthy habits. We offer classes and workshops focused on a wide variety of health and wellness topics, from childbirth classes, to pre-surgical information sessions, smoking cessation, weight management, stress management, exercise, first aid and CPR training, safe sitter classes and more.
