Day Kimball Healthcare is pleased to expand access to the COVID-19 vaccine in the communities we serve.   

As the state rollout continues, Day Kimball will update you as new information becomes available.

Now Available: Pfizer Vaccine for Adolescents Ages 12

The Food and Drug Administration has expanded emergency use authorizations for Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine to include adolescents ages 12 and up.

IMPORTANT: Beginning June 21, 2021, the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine will be administered through the DKMG adult and pediatric primary care practices to individuals ages 12 and older. COVID-19 vaccinations at DKMG’s primary care practices will be available to new and established patients. An appointment is preferred, but walk-in appointments will be accommodated. Learn more >

Remember to bring a form of ID, and wear a mask and clothing that will allow for easy access to upper arm.

Vaccine Clinics at Day Kimball Hospital

Beginning Monday, June 21, 2021, Day Kimball Healthcare (DKH) will transition COVID-19 vaccinations from its existing clinics at Day Kimball Hospital to its Day Kimball Medical Group (DKMG) adult and pediatric primary care practice locations. Learn more >

Vaccine Eligibility

Everyone 12 years and older is eligible to receive vaccine in Connecticut.
